Daniel Hock lives in Northern Virginia with his wife of 32 years and their cat Jack-Jack. When he’s not writing, he’s either spending time with his wife watching British crime shows, cooking all kinds of pasta - including homemade lasagna that would make Garfield swoon, or tasting every pizza within a 50-mile radius with their son.  Daniel had a long career in business in California and Virginia. He founded and/or ran businesses in several markets: Import and Distribution, Real Estate Management and Investment, Retail, eCommerce, Consumer Product Development, and Business Consulting. Benesh is Daniel’s first novel; he is working on his second novel, and has started planning his third writing project – a young readers series.
